Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) is a public university in East Anglia, United Kingdom. It has its origins in the Cambridge School of Art, founded by William John Beaumont in 1858. It became a university in 1992 and was renamed after John Ruskin in 2005. It is one of the post-1992 universities.

Anglia Ruskin has 39,400 students worldwide and has campuses in Cambridge, Chelmsford, Peterborough, and London. It also shares campuses with the College of West Anglia in King's Lynn, Wisbech and Cambridge, and partnerships with universities from around the world including Berlin, Budapest, Trinidad, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. Language Requirements

  • ELTS 6.0 or equivalent, with nothing lower than 5.5 in any of the four elements (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
  • ETS TOEFL iBT with 80 overall and a minimum of 17 in Writing and Listening, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking
  • Pearson PTE with 57 overall and a minimum of 51 in all components.
  • IELTS Academic - at least 6.5 overall and no less than 6.0 in the writing section and no less than 5.5 in any other section

Expenses

  • Undergraduate tuition fees are up to £13,500 a year for international students. 
  • Postgraduate tuition fees vary from £14,100 to £16,200 a year for full-time international students.
  • The annual cost of living at University is £12,000 approx.
